We charge for shipping for Wing wetsuit items. If you would like to not pay for shipping, find a stockist near you, or you can pick up in store!
All other items are shipped freight free Australia wide when you order is over $100. International shipping rates apply based on your product and location.
We deliver our goods through Australia Post Regular and Express Post, Allied Express, and Couriers Please - depending on your location and product being shipped. There are a number of factors that effect delivery times, however you can generally allow 1 - 5 business/working days (excludes week ends and public holidays) to receive your item if in Australia. Allow up to 10 days for international orders.
If you need your item by a specific date or have a question, please call us on 02 9540 1811 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make a more specific estimate on a delivery time for your product going to your destination.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Wing Wetsuits do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Wing Wetsuits will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Wing Wetsuits will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
Wing will not release your details to a third party. If you sign up to our mailing list you will hear from us regarding sales, news and special offers.
What forms of payment does Wing.com.au accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept cash, cheques or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Occasionally an item sells out within the minute you may order. If an item on your order is sold out, we will endeavour to source it for you from our supplier, or if it is a Wing wetsuit we will make it for you in our Sydney factory as quick as we can and keep you posted on the progress.
